I am so pleased with my Chilly's bottle which I use when out walking. The water tastes fresh and cool all day. I cannot fault your customer service team, who have answered my questions quickly and efficiently. When I had a fault with one of the caribiners that I had ordered you promptly despatched me another. I will definitely recommend your products and no doubt will buy again as gifts for my friends and family.
