Great bottle and a great idea to keep drinks hot or cold Customer service is brilliant no 1 Had problems with my delivery (hermes) contacted chilly,s bottles by email and they sorted it out straight away Emailing the next day asking if I wanted replacement or refund but in between received my bottle Just emailed them back advised them that i had now received it Thank you Chilly,s bottles for your help
