Although I have only used the bottle for a day, I am absolutely in love with it. It feels very durable, is leak-proof and keeps liquids perfectly hot or cold. Next to that, the design is simply amazing.
The bottle arrived 4 days late. After asking the customer service for an explanation, I received another tracking number allowing me to track the delivery in my own country. For me, this is the only negative aspect of my experience, and it is a small one.
