They do exactly what they say they do - keep cold drinks cold & hot drinks hot.
In the short spell of hot weather we had I conducted my own test with my 500ml bottle - I filled it with my lemon water from the fridge in the morning & left it in the car all day . Went to the gym & took my bottle with me.The water was as cold as when I poured it in the morning.
I now have a 250ml bottle that I carry in my handbag & will not leave home without it.
I think they are fantastic.
