The products (we ordered 3 bottles) were good but the service and quality control needs to improve. Our experience was that (a) the three bottles were delivered to the wrong address and (b) a top to one of the bottles was faulty making the bottle useless. It was replaced quickly albeit with the wrong colour (black as opposed to stainless steel) which we can live with.
