Hi, I'd give a five for speed and quality of service. I gave a four because I haven't tested the bottle's ability to maintain temp full time yet. The packaging is captivating (one of my bottles will be part of a present, so yay!) and the lids work perfectly. I went for the 750ml size because I would drink 500ml in one go and a bigger bottle means you can also share. This said, the bottle is definitely not small and the opening is quite wide too. Still it is possible to drink from it. I would buy again, for sure.
