24hrs are maybe too much (especially if it's very hot outside), but the bottle does its work very well. Drinks remain cold for several hours. There's a little metallic taste that affects the liquid you put into the bottle, but it goes away quickly after 2-3 uses.
I didn't try it for hot drinks, for the moment my review is very positive.
