La Chilly's bottles è una bella bottiglia, con un linea elegante e accattivante. È Leggera e comoda da portare in borsa.
Unico aspetto che a me non piace, ma è un parere personale, è il tappo. Il tappo ha una guarnizione che può facilmente deteriorarsi. Avrei preferito che si avvitasse. Un tappo che avvita avrebbe reso, secondo me, la bottiglia più robusta e resistente nel tempo.
Tuttavia, l'assistenza del team Chilly è molto efficiente e rapida.
