Ordered from Spain whilst I was on holiday, I paid for express delivery.
Bottle turned up with a big dent in the side. Contact the company via email who said they would send me a replacement right away. Not sure if they sent replacement straight away as I never received the new bottle whilst I was on holiday. I don't believe they sent the replacement by express delivery.
