The product is great: good design, fancy color and good quality. Shipment was easy and not very expensive.
The one bad thing is your customer service. It has been impossible to have a receipt including the name and VAT number of my company. Twice I have been told that it wasn't possible but I do not understand why if I have paid with my company's credit card. If you don't fix that I am not gonna buy any more Chilly's product again. I am sorry.
