"A mistake in the order, most probably from my side resulted in an exchange of 30+ e-mails just to return a spare lid and receive another one of different color as per my agreement with customer service. Although i paid return postage and agreed to receive a new lid, i got a refund and some lousy customer service by people unaware of the situation, presumably because they did not bother reading further down to the endless chain of e-mails.Would expect at least a decent customer service by a UK based company, but instead i received the worst one ever. Shame..."
