Just bad customer service. I'm sure the product is great but I wanted to exchange for a different size & finish.
Firstly they don't offer an exchange system, secondly they don't offer free returns and ask you to pay for signed for service. They definitely don't have a customer-first approach so just make absolutely sure that you buy the right size and finish otherwise it's going to cost you. Also, the powder coating although I'm sure it's hardwearing, makes the bottle feel plastic and cheap.
