Amazing customer service. I was given a bottle for Christmas and had an issue with the 'o-ring' on the lid. I contacted Chilly's directly via their livechat (Tanya) and they dealt with the issue immediately and very graciously - going way above and beyond my expectations. Seriously impressed. Great product too, I use it all the time and think it's one of the best options for reusable bottles.
