First time buyer, and if i’m honest quite disappointed as i ordered two 750ml bottles and one arrived with scratches all around the rim, so i emailed and told them, however i have not been replied to to even say my issue is being dealt with. i’ve hesrd so many good things about these bottles but unfortunately the customer service lets it down.
