I ordered a pastel pink bottle in September this year and started using the item late September, I noticed some discolouring on outside of the bottle few weeks ago therefore contacted Chilly via email to inform them. I was expecting a great customer service but that wasn't the case, contacted by 3 different people and still nowhere near a resolution. I understand Chilly are online business but wanted to see if I can speak with someone in person so used search engine to find a contact number which to my astonishment goes to a resident who informed me he was fed up of Chilly customers calling him.
I just want my bottle replaced, is that too much too ask!!
