One man delivery for large 180cm tap bookshelf that has arrived damaged the top has come off and will not reattached the screws pull straight out. Box was damaged on receipt.
No one answers the phones and you do not receive confirmation emails so cannot track anything.
SoMe needs to actually do some work and pick up the phone to process return.
