Forget trying to speak to customer services on the phone unless you have half hour to wait and be prepared to chase them 2 or 3 times by email until you get a response.
Having paid for the white glove delivery service, one of the wardrobe doors sticks and recently noticed the feet are at slightly different heights and were not adjusted? I can't be bothered to go through the painful process of trying to contact them again having gone through it when initially delivered damaged and will live with it. Would NEVER deal with them again
