Easy ordering experience, delivery on time but alas box was damaged, although the item was really well packed I was really disappointed to find on opening that my oak topped storage bench had a deep chip on side of top, my guess it happened in transit, however contacted Chiltern oak immediately sending photos of damage. They were very apologetic & offered to replace it or give a discount, of which I accepted as I loved the piece. Excellent customer service & a high quality product. Won’t hesitate to shop with them, would have been 5 stars if not damaged.
