The website says that delivery will be within 48hrs. So to be kind, as the order was placed on Sunday 12th March, delivery wasn't really expected until Wednesday 16th. I received an email from DPD saying delivery would be on 17th (strange 48hrs) and we would receive a text with an hours time slot. No text, no delivery. Phoned Chiltern Oak Furniture on Friday to find out where the order was and they promised to call back. NO ONE CALLED BACK. Then got an email saying "As requested" the delivery had been changed to the 21st. I HAD NOT REQUESTED THE CHANGE but went with it. This afternoon I had to, again, phone Chiltern Oak Furniture to see when/if we could expect the delivery as we STILL hadn't had a text. This time someone did phone back to say that DPD had lost the order and they had no other of the sideboard we had ordered in stock. NOBODY HAD BOTHERED TO CONTACT US TO SAY THERE WAS A PROBLEM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cancelled our order and will NEVER buy from this company and will NEVER recommend it to anyone. Let's hope I don't have to chase for my refund. If I could put less than one star I would.
