Display cabinet arrived having been dropped. The structure of the cabinet was wrecked. After sending images of the damage the return was eventually arranged. The pick up time was for a week!!! The cabinet has just been collected but I had no IDEA WHEN THIS WOULD HAPPEN. The cabinet looked good in the pictures but was very shoddily built. The strongest part was the reinforced glass!!
I will need use Chiltern again, the items are shoddy and the after sales service useless. Cheap in this case is certainly NOT cheerful.
