An item of furniture was collected on April 13th. It is now over 9 days and allowing for the Bank Holiday I am still waiting for a refund.
Earlier this week I returned to the store to look at alternative pieces of furniture.
What a bonus that the chosen item had a reduction of 10%
Item chosen....colour chosen....bill of sale completed only to be told that the 10% reduction was a mistake. I made a bigger mistake by returning to this store!
