Item was well packed and delivered undamaged. I’m very pleased with it and it looks great in the lounge. I also liked the fact that it didn’t need to be put together and could go straight into the lounge. Having the pre made hole for wires was a bonus. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Chiltern Oak Furniture again or recommending them to friends or family.
