The nest of tables I ordered arrived with the largest one damaged beyond belief. The wood on the table top was broken and one leg was not attached.
I contacted Chiltern about the damage and was told to send photos, which I did. No word of apology, or offer to send a replacement.
The tables were eventually collected 15 DAYS LATER, and the refund arrived another 6 days after that.
Not impressed.
