After reading so many good reviews, I am disappointed to be writing a poor one. Ordered an item online on 2nd Jan. When I ordered, it said there were 4 left. Received a confirmation email straight away & the money was taken from my account. On the 10th January I emailed to find out how long delivery would be. I received an auto reply to say my email would be responded to within 72hrs. By the 16th Jan I still hadn’t heard anything about delivery of my item so I called. I waited 18 mins for someone to answer the phone however, the person I spoke to was very apologetic & explained that the item simply hadn’t been brought up from the warehouse for delivery & that I would receive delivery within a week. 4 days later, still no news so I called again to be told that the item was out of stock & had been discontinued!! If I hadn’t of called who knows when I would have been told this as to this day, I still haven’t received a response to my email. Here’s hoping my money is refunded back to me quickly. Very poor experience which has put me off using this company ever again.
