We ordered furniture for our lounge from Chiltern oak. We were notified prior to our delivery that one item was missing & that it would take 2 weeks for it to come. On the delivery date the furniture was brought by their carrier company by two very helpful, polite men. Everything was intact and packed very well. We are very pleased with it. The day after we had an email from DPD to say they would be delivering our last item the day after. It arrived and again everything good. We are very pleased with all aspects of this process from ordering, contacts, delivery and all the items we purchased.
