Ordered two bedside tables Opened the first box and was delighted with the product. However Second box was the wrong colour Customer service went down hill from there long story short I was Messed around for 2 weeks waiting for collection and replacement only to be sent replacement with a large chip to the lattice of the unit very disappointing. Was frustrating trying to sort out the issue told multiple different things that I couldn’t be bothered to return again only offer chillerton oak made to us was a miserly 5% off another item. That they stated was a “gesture of goodwill” That’s how much they value their customers. :/
