Ordered a larder which arrived absolutely smashed to pieces. Requested a replacement, and as a gesture of goodwill they said it would be assembled by the delivery team. Delivery team had to be persuaded to do this when the 2nd item arrived, and left all the packing behind. Item has since developed staining in many places across the wood.
