After 12 working days the coffee table was delivered and the product is very good. It came well packaged and was easy to assemble. I was eventually advised this was due to a new system being put in place and my order not being being logged on it. During this period reviews were posted indicating others were having delivery and communication problems and suggesting that the business was in administration. There was no evidence for this on the .gov business registration site. Note that it is not possible to communicate by phone or live chat, despite the statement on the web site. The staff in the store at Irthlingborough do not handle enquiries regarding online orders.
