First they made me unhappy as they e mailed me with a delivery date then rang me the day after that date to advise that there had been a problem and that I would not get my delivery for another week. 8 days later and still no delivery so I had to ring and ask what had gone wrong. Joe said he would look into this and I received a text saying the delivery would arrive the next day. The following day I received conflicting e mails first advising of a delivery time and then advising of non delivery due to a problem...again !! Thankfully after another phone call, Joe managed to sort this out and I received my delivery of bedside cabinets the next day and I am very pleased with them.
