Further to me previous 1 star review, I have to hold my hands up and say how far the team went to rectify the previous complaints we had with the furniture and service. We are now in possession of a full set of good quality furniture, reasonably priced, and eventually delivered by two friendly and knowledgeable delivery men.
If you are willing to complain, then you must be willing to acknowledge the steps taken to resolve this by the management, and as a result we would recommend Chiltern Oak; the issues we had were clearly an unusual occurrence.
