Having chosen your company for my husband's 84th birthday gift and ordered this in good time 01.10,17 (I was informed'next day delivery') not only did it not arrive on time - I am still waiting. I have tried to ring your company but I have not received any reply. If this gift does not arrrive in the next two days - I will request a full refund. My husband has dementia- he hasn't remembered it's been his birthday which is a good thing - we can relive it all over again when your product arrives - possibly. Appalling.
