The order process and delivery was very straight-forward. The delivery chaps were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Took furniture out of its packaging, moved it to the right place and took all the packaging with them.
The furniture looks fantastic and good build quality.
I have to say it was a very pleasant experience so I'll be most happy to be ordering from Chiltern Oak again.
