Bought extra large sideboard. Communication ahead of delivery was excellent. Unfortunately there was some damage, despite goods being well packaged. Chiltern Oak were quick to offer replacement, but I decided instead to ask for a discount as damage was repairable and I wanted to get my furniture in place well ahead of Christmas. I’d recommend this company.
