Congratulations Chiltern Oak. I am impressed. You only know how good a Company is if you have a problem and they deal with it well. Great service, good communication re delivery - received phone call to arrange day, and two hour time slot. Good quality furniture. One of the items had a manufacturing flaw found after the driver had left. Chiltern Oak replaced the item within a few days, and it was the week before Christmas. Well deserved 5 stars. Will definitely shop here again.
