We ordered 2 oak TV units from Chiltern Oak, which were delivered exactly on time. Unfortunately these were not suitable and didn't match the photos on the website, but we had no hassle whatsoever in returning them for a refund. The delivery drivers on both occasions were friendly, helpful and polite, as were the office staff. The quality of the units was excellent, it was such a shame they didn't fit our room. Look forward to choosing something else shortly and would have no hesitation in ordering from Chiltern again, or recommending this company. Excellent service - thank you.
