Delivery had to be rescheduled twice due to van braking down then driver being off sick. Kept well informed both times by Antonia who called ahead, so although it was inconvenient, Chiltern Oak did the best of what they could of a bad situation.
Product itself was delivered by two guys on a Saturday morning, both of whom were very very polite and helped me unpack the item before leaving. My TV cabinet looks great and it's of a good quality and good price! Will be buying from Chiltern Oak again in the future and will recommend to family and friends too.
