Very friendly service when placing my order on the phone. Was delivered on the day I was given. Although it was about an hour over the time slot, when I rang to check, the girl was able to tell me straight away where the delivery van was and how long it would be. excellent service. The 2 sideboards were packed very well in two enormous boxes which were carried in to a room of our choice. The sideboards were not as light a grey as the picture shown which was a disappointment but seem very solid with lots of storage so we kept them anyway.
