Brillaint furniture and faultless customer experience. I ordered a TV Stand, a coffee table nest and a dining table set from Chiltern Oak Furniture and cannot fault them at all. The customer experience from start to finish has been brillant. The chairs that I had initially ordered were out stock, I was contacted immediately with an apology and a few alternative options. I went for one of the options, but was told that if I was unhappy with the choice, to keep the packaging and they would happily refund or exchange the chairs for the one's that I had originally orderd, when they came back in stock. Chiltern Oak kept me upadted throughout the process and delivered all of the items at the time they said they would. The delivery team etup and the dining table and chairs and then took the packaging away, as I was very happy with the furniture. The TV Stand and coffee table nest are also just as perfect. The furniture is of high standard quality and very solid wood. I would highly recommend Chiltern Oak Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture.
