The product was very well protectively packed for transport and the product itself of good quality appearance. The Chiltern Oak website was easy to navigate and user friendly (generally better than its competitors), though I did experience a problem at the payment stage when the order appeared not to go through. However, this was sorted out very quickly and efficiently with a phone call to the Customer Service team.
