I was amazed by my recent service from Chiltern Oak furniture. I ordered 2 narrow bedside tables which were well priced. There was no 10 week wait as offered by other companies, they literally arrived the next day. Unfortunately once we unpacked them we realised the drawers were a little too small for our purpose. I was initially quite stressed as returning furniture normally costs a lot of money to return, however checking the website again I noticed free returns! I rung the company and there was no automated system to negotiate but a nice friendly lady who advised me of the procedure straight away. I chose another pair of bedside tables and she arranged the pick up and drop off for us within 2 days of ny phone call. The new bedside tables are perfect. I would fully recommend this company, you can buy their good quality products with confidence and no hidden costs. Excellent service.
