3 drawer chest of drawers, arrived promptly and well packed however small dent on top not enough to return but after I mentioned it, Chiltern Oak were extremely apologetic and offered me a discount. Fantastic customer service and response, I couldn't have wished for more. The unit is adequate for my needs, it looks really good quality but it is a little more cheaply made than other oak furniture I have bought. Having said that, it was cheap so what do you expect. I would recommend Chiltern Oak for good price, good service and reasonable furniture for the price
