I ordered mid- April and their delivery company contacted me to arrange delivery for the last week of April. Unfortunately, this wasn’t convenient so I delayed it for the next time they were in my area which would be week commencing 13/05. I hadn’t received a call so chased on the 13th to discover they didn’t have me on a consignment for this week. I asked this to be resolved by the delivery company however within 2 hours I’d received a call from COF who arranged for a new unit to be dispatched, delivered by DPD local and I received it today- 1 day later. Although COF were not at fault, they took ownership to resolve the issue- great customer service!
