Apologies, I mistakenly ticked the wrong box yesterday and should have given a 5 star review and not a one star! Here is my original text: I do not normally participate in these reviews but felt strongly that I should on this occassion. Everything promised on website was 100% true. I received a polite phone call to arrange a convenient 2 hour delivery window. The furniture was delivered by 2 men as promised and taken upstairs to nominated room. They could not have been more helpful or pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Chiltern Oak to friends and family.
