Item has still not been received since placing order on the 15th Nov, advised that items out of stock then when I ask for a refund the item comes back into stock! Then told courier has item but it never arrives, I’ve asked for tracking details but my request is ignored. I have now reported to Paypal and am a Christmas present short:( lots of other reviews on other sites are negative.
