Generally good, but a few things that could be improved.
We were phoned to see if we could attend earlier than our appointment, only to sit and wait for an hour - not easy to entertain 2 small boys and a 10 week old baby.
Boys hair was gelled at start, despite having to change afterwards (which defeated the object).
Photos good, but prices seem high. Staff all helpful and happy to help.
