Call centre let business down with their hard sell and constant calls. Hair and makeup wonderful. Grace was lovely and really listened to what I wanted and delivered. Brontë was sweet and kind but I felt like she was rushing us at times which is hard with 2 little children. It worked much better when she just let us all play instead of trying to pose us.it felt at times like she had a set routine she wanted to do rather than let us choose what we wanted to do and let the kids relax. She was lovely though and we would definitely recommend the studio to friends
