Placed order, received email saying order placed. 4 days later I ask if goods are dispatched even though one web site it says ordered dispatched next working day. Received email saying they have the order but not yet dispatched. 5 days later, still nothing, so i order directly from vitality website. That order came 20 hours later.👍😁 I emailed Choicy again as still not received any correspondence. Told them to cancel order and refund me as I have had to go else where due to their lack of communication. A few hours later I received a goods dispatched. 😡😡 Really, that's the way you do business. 😡😡If I had been home at time of delivery I would have refused it. Your Web site says next day dispatch by royal mail 24hr signed for. Pity you didn't post for 6 days.😡🤬 I will not use this company again, I will be going back to other company I ordered from. Better communication, better packaged and a 20% off for all my friends and my next order. Choicy, you failed.😡😡
