The service before purchasing a quarterly packet was excellent. I started with the hormone test. After I paid, it took a long time to get the medicine shipped. I had to contact them to remind them. Then I couldn't take the prescription because it made me nauseous. Also, for the second lab test, they did not give me the option to go back to the same lab, which was the closest to me (45 min away). Their response was to cancel. So I paid and did not get the test, visit, or a solution to my problem. I recommend going the doctor's route.
