When I first used them, yes, I paid for the overpriced vitamins & hormones, but the worst part was when I actually needed nausea meds Associates’s with tirzepatide and the response time was AWFUL and many times non-existent. Placed an order for tirzepatide again to lose a pesky 5 pounds and was told my BMI was at a point that I’d need to clear with a doc … BMI under 25… I don’t have time nor desire to visit a doc. So they’ve told me that they cannot refund my money. Money can ALWAYS be refunded if product or service has not been received. Paid around $650 for tirzepatide I’ll never receive …. So, really I just want my money back - not overpriced hormones or vitamins!
