AVOID!!! Awful! I paid my lab fee and got my results back. I can get the prescribed medications for much less and yet they refused to give me a prescription so I can go somewhere else! The rep Nick gave me the run around and said they only will give out prescriptions to pharmacies they have vetted and work that are in compliance with state laws with not Costco (which is in full compliance with all state & federal laws). I’m filing a complaint with the state of Colorado!
